What’s the difference between a web app and a native app?
Great question! A Web App runs in your browser (like Chrome, Safari) on any device. They are perfect for client portals, dashboards, and internal tools. Our £99/mo plan covers these.
A Native App is what you download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. It’s built specifically for iOS or Android. We build these too, but they are a larger project, so they require a custom quote and are not included in the standard subscription.
How do the design requests work?
It’s simple! Once subscribed, you’ll get access to a simple dashboard to submit your design requests. For the £399 plan, you can submit up to 10 requests per month. For the £500 plan, you can submit as many as you want. We work on them one at a time, provide the design, and you get up to 5 rounds of revisions to make it perfect.
What does “unlimited edits” really mean?
It means you can send us “small tasks” anytime. This includes things like “change this text,” “swap out this image,” “add a new blog post,” or “update a product price.” This does *not* include major redesigns like “build a whole new page” or “redesign the entire homepage,” which would be scoped as a new project (or may be included depending on your plan).
Is hosting *really* included in that price?
Yes! 100%. The monthly fee for both plans includes high-speed, secure cloud hosting. You don’t have to worry about finding or paying for a separate hosting provider. We manage all of it.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We believe in earning your business every month. Please note that because the subscription includes the hosting and maintenance of the site we built, cancellation will mean your site or app will be taken offline at the end of (or after) your billing period.
